Our Lamb is sourced from our Lleyn flock of ewes, which are lambed indoors in April and then turned out on to grass at a few days old, into the spring sunshine. Reared on clover/herb rich pasture overlooking Dartmoor, the meat is tender and full of flavour.
We also supply meat from older animals, such as hogget and mutton. With even more flavour, this a traditional good-value meat, which is making a welcome comeback.
