Our pork is produced from the finest of traditional rare-breed pigs - the Gloucester Old Spot, known as the original ‘orchard pig’.
All pigs are free-range and are reared slowly to maturity. They spend their lives roaming freely in open paddocks during the spring, summer and autumn. In the winter, they come inside to cosy straw-bedded sheds.
This stress-free rearing results in delicious, succulent and mouth-watering pork with proper crackling. Our award-winning pork is available in meat boxes, or cut to order into joints, chops, bacon, gammon hams, pork burgers,sausages and meatballs. Our leg of pork has won a prestigious 3* rating at the Great Taste Awards. We can also supply a half-pig.
