Educational Farm Experiences

Throughout the year, we run a range of educational experiences from our working farm. If you are part of an educating group, we can offer you a wonderful experience with a difference.

There are plenty of tasks to get involved in – I will talk you through the different breeds of the animals that we keep, how they are kept, our farming practices and you will get many chances to interact with many of our livestock throughout your visit.

The educational side is tailored to the group we have visiting, making what we teach age appropriate and covering as many subjects as possible.

These visits are FREE to home educator groups and schools children 4-16 in age. Groups must be 3 or more in number and dates and times can be worked to fit best with you.

Please bring wellies and weather appropriate clothing.

CEVAS accredited. Toilet, hand washing and boot washing facilities available. 

Please note, these Educational days are not open to the public, but instead schools and educational settings.
